③animal welfare动物福利。科普一下,动物福利的概念最早是1976年美国人休斯提出的,它是指农场饲养中的动物与其环境协调一致的精神和生理完全健康的状态。动物福利所强调的,不是我们不能利用动物,而是应该怎样合理、人道地利用动物,要尽量保 那些为人类做出贡献和牺牲的动物,享有最基本的权利。通俗地讲,就是在动物的饲养、运输和屠宰过程中,要尽可能减少其痛苦,不得虐待动物。
